Banana Choc Chip Muffins

Banana Choc Chip Muffins
Makes 12

  • 4 very ripe medium sized bananas mashed
  • 2 cups self raising flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 200g choc chips
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs

1. Preheat oven to 200°c (180° fanforced). Sift flour into a mixing bowl and stir in sugar.
2. In a seperate jug whisk together oil, egg and milk. Add to flour with mashed banana and choc chips and stir through until just combined.
3. Spoon into lined muffin trays 2/3 of the way full.
4. Bake in oven for 20 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
