Cadbury Mini Eggs Slice

This slice is easy to make and packed full of chocolate deliciousness I guarantee you will make it again and again. My daughter loved helping me make this. It would make the perfect teachers gift or treat for Easter.

Cadbury Mini Eggs Slice
Makes 16 squares

  • 5 cups rice bubbles
  • 2x 225g bags Cadbury milk chocolate melts, 1/2 bag reserved for topping
  • 2x 125g bags Cadbury mini eggs, roughly crushed into chunks, 16 reserved for topping

1. Line a 24cm square cake tin with baking paper.
2. Melt 1 1/2 bags of chocolate melts, either using a double boiler or for 20 second bursts in the microwave. Allow to cool slightly and stir in 5 cups of rice bubbles and mini eggs. Pour into cake tin and press down with the back of a spoon until flat and even. Allow to set in the fridge for an hour.
3. After an hour, melt the reserved half bag of choc melts and pour over top of slice. Arrange the extra mini eggs evenly 4 by 4 on top. Allow to set in the fridge for another hour. Slice into 16 squares.
